Replacing equipment on our Strathroy tower

Wireless high speed Internet is a popular alternative for those living in areas where high speed DSL or high speed cable Internet isn't available. With wireless high speed, the Internet signal is sent directly from one of our towers to a receiver on the outside of your home.

Recently we installed a new wireless tower in Eden. In a town where dial-up Internet may have been the only option, residents can now enjoy a high speed Internet experience.

In order to provide the best service possible, we continually maintain and make improvements to our wireless high-speed network including installing new equipment.

Tips from the tech

• Since modems and routers are not designed to stay connected indefinitely, if you find that your Internet connection is not working, the first thing you should do is
re-start your modem or router.

• If you receive an email that looks like it is from Execulink Telecom and the email is asking you for your password, do not respond to the email. For your security, we will never ask you for your password through email.
