VIII. Promotions
1. General Promotion Terms & Conditions
*Some conditions apply:
Execulink Telecom may provide promotional offers from time to time. Promotions are not open to customers who have cancelled their services within the last 90 days. Execulink Telecom may change any promotion at any time and for any reason without notice to you. Qualification for participation in any promotion is at the sole discretion of Execulink Telecom. By entering any draw offered by Execulink Telecom, you agree to the use of your name and image in any promotional material published by Execulink Telecom, including any or all print or electronic publications.
a) Refer a Friend Program
Refer a Friend credits have no cash value. In order to qualify for any credits through the Refer a Friend program, a person referred to Execulink Telecom by an existing Execulink Telecom customer must not themselves be an existing Execulink Telecom customer at the time of the referral. The referring person must be an existing active customer of Execulink Telecom at the time of the referral.
The Refer a Friend Promotion begins on June 1st, 2007. Any person referred to Execulink Telecom who meets the terms and conditions and who signs up for an Execulink Telecom account, will receive a credit of $10 to their account, and the referrer will receive a credit of $10 to their account. Additional conditions may apply.
b) Enhanced Refer a Friend Program
Refer a Friend credits have no cash value. In order to qualify for any credits through the Enhanced Refer a Friend program, a person referred to Execulink Telecom by an existing Execulink Telecom customer must not themselves be an existing Execulink Telecom customer at the time of the referral. The referring person must be an existing active customer of Execulink Telecom at the time of the referral.
The Enhanced Refer a Friend Promotion begins on February 1st, 2007 and
expires on May 31st, 2007. During this period, any person referred to
Execulink Telecom who meets the terms and conditions and who signs up
for an Execulink Telecom account, will receive a credit of $25 to their
account, and the referrer will receive a credit of $25 to their account.
Additional conditions may apply.
c) General Promotions & Advertising
All promotions advertised, unless otherwise stated, are
for residential customers only. Specific promotions
available for business will be tagged as such and will usually be advertised
at events or directly to the aforementioned business.
d) PAP Promotional Credit
Existing customers who switch their method of payment to PAP between
October 16th, 2006 and December 1st, 2006 and between June 15th and August
31st, 2007 will receive a credit of $20 on their next invoice. If any
customer who receives this credit, cancels PAP within 1 year following
the start of PAP, the credit will be reversed back onto their account.
This does not apply to account cancellations.
