How do I return a rental modem after a cancellation?

If you are returning a modem because you have cancelled your Internet service, you are responsible for the cost of shipping. You may use any shipping company of your choice, but we do suggest that you use a company that provides a tracking number, rather than sending it through regular mail. Suggested services include: Canada Post Xpresspost, Purolator, UPS and FedEx. You are responsible for the modem until it is returned to Execulink Telecom.

Make sure that your name and account number is clearly labelled somewhere on the package, so that we can associate the modem with the correct account.

In addition to the modem, is there anything else I need to return after cancellation?

You should have received 3 filters with the modem you received from Execulink Telecom. If you have any additional filters, you would have purchased these at the time of sign-up and therefore these are yours to keep. Please return the 3 filters along with the modem, power adapter, ethernet cord, and phone cord you received. If you have Execulink Telecom's Digital Voice service, please also return your ATA, as well as any other additional components you received along with this ATA. Please be advised that you will be charged for any of these components that are not returned to Execulink Telecom.

What happens if I don't return my modem and equipment after cancellation?

If you do not return your modem within 30 days of the last day of your final bill cycle, your account will be charged the retail price of the modem and the cost of each filter, line cord, network cable and power adapter that you received along with the modem.
