Due to technical limitations, Execulink Telecom customers are unable to receive incoming collect calls. A simple workaround to this problem is to contact Execulink Telecom's Sales department and obtain a toll-free number. Incoming calls to a toll-free number are billed at the same rate charged for any outgoing long distance calls you make, and Execulink Telecom's long distance rates are considerably cheaper than the cost of a collect call.
