RE-SYNCING IMAP FOLDERS

You may be accessing your email using IMAP from multiple locations, such as Execulink Webmail, Outlook, and your mobile device.  If you make changes to your folders, you may need to resync them to prevent error messages from showing in your email client.  ( Error 0x800CCCD2 in Outlook).  In some rare instances, Execulink Telecom may make a change that will require you to follow these steps.

If your email client is not listed here, the steps in your client should be nearly identical.  If you are still
having troubles, please contact our support desk at 1-877-393-2854.

Outlook Express

1. Open your email client.

2. Right click your IMAP server name. (execulink.com by default)

3. Select Reset List. (your folders will disappear at this point)

4. Perform steps 2 and 3 again, and your current folder list will reappear.

Outlook 2007

1. Open your email client.

2. Right click your IMAP server name. (execulink.com by default)

3. Select Update Folder List. (your folders will disappear at this point)

4. Perform steps 2 and 3 again, and your current folder list will reappear.

Windows Live Mail (Windows 7)

1. Open your email client.

2. Right click your IMAP server name. (execulink.com by default)

3. Select Download all folders. (your folders will disappear at this point)

4. Perform steps 2 and 3 again, and your current folder list will reappear.

Windows Mail (Vista)

1. Open your email client.
