1. First, check for dialtone on your telephone line. If you do not have a dialtone, troubleshoot the issue as No Service.
2. From your telephone, dial 311. This is an automated number announcement line and it will read back to you the telephone number you are calling from. NOTE: This will only work from an Execulink phone line.
3. The number returned should be your telephone number. If not, there could be a misconfiguration.
