About the Opportunity

  • Maintain and grow your existing book of business.
  • Sell telecommunications services to small and medium sized businesses through warm and cold calling, responding to inbound calls and web inquiries, as well as outbound calling campaigns in order to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.

  • Grow Mobility customer base/revenue
  • Provide mobility troubleshooting
  • Respond to customer inquiries

Marketing and Public Relations Manager

Marketing and Public Relations (PR) Manager

Execulink Telecom has a remarkable history that began over 100 years ago in a small rural community in Southwestern Ontario.  Built on a foundation of innovative planning and intellectual pride, originally as a local telephone provider, the organization has grown to become the largest, locally owned Independent Telecom in Southwestern Ontario. As an industry leader in our field, Execulink offers businesses, government and residential customers both flexible and innovative solutions as a result of our extensive telecommunications services and multiple network options.

Execulink has begun the exciting search effort for a Marketing and PR Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. 

Far from a standard sales and marketing leadership role, this management role will work within a successful entrepreneurial and client focused environment where they will provide supportive and empowering leadership and coaching to the Marketing team. In a nutshell, you will oversee all marketing, advertising and PR issues for the company. This is an excellent opportunity for an extremely detail-oriented, organized marketing candidate to excel in, and grow your career.

The Marketing and PR Manager will lead an experienced staff in the continual development of new marketing initiatives by using their keen awareness of the special nuances of marketing and branding to smaller communites and rural areas, as well as larger cities.  This role involves overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities of the Marketing team through strong strategic project management, planning, organizational and budgeting skills; providing creative direction for advertising, events and media, as well as staying abreast of current trends and advancements within both marketing and telecom.  The Marketing and PR manager will partner with, and report back to, the senior leadership team regarding marketing and PR initiatives and provide measurable outcomes.  In a nutshell, you will coordinate all marketing, advertising and PR issues for the company. This is an excellent opportunity for an extremely detail-oriented, organized marketing candidate to excel in, and grow your career.

They will also possess a background in project management, have superior research skills, advanced computer competency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and a valid G driver’s licence with access to reliable transportation.

This successful manager must also have proven experience in the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, manage relationships with advertisers and the media, understand website and online advertising analytics, execute professional communication techniques, implement marketing best practices and social media strategies.
