About This Opportunity

As a Sales Representative, you will achieve and exceed your sales targets through identifying and fulfilling our existing customer’s needs with Execulink’s products and services.

We are seeking tenacious, goal oriented individuals, with exceptional communication skills, to maximize our customer’s product offerings, enhancing their lifestyles at home, work and play!  Our most successful employees are customer focused, responsive, sincere, flexible and supportive. 

Calls are primarily inbound from our existing customer base, with some outbound calling to existing customers.

What You Offer

  • Demonstrated success as a top performer within a customer contact setting
  • Comfort and ability to work within a queue setting, with extended periods of time spent on the phone
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
  • Sales experience is an asset; must be able to validate customer needs and select from our product offerings to enhance services for each individual
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts, as scheduled; department hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.  Shifts are scheduled on a rotational basis to cover departmental hours.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a Windows PC environment, combined with demonstrated keyboarding and data entry abilities; proficient within the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Valid Class G Driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation

What We Offer

  • $24.79 target hourly wage!  Hourly wage is comprised of $14.87 base, plus variable component of $9.92.
  • Variable component is 40% of the wage, comprised of 20% commission, and 20% KPI’s.  Commission and KPI’s are very reachable!

About This Opportunity

As a Sales Representative based out of our new Port Dover storefront, you will achieve and exceed your sales targets through identifying and fulfilling new customer’s needs with Execulink’s products and services.

About This Opportunity

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be a key member of our leadership team!  You will be responsible to hire, train and retain inside sales focused representatives, through providing leadership and coaching, development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), quality reviews, and frequent training on product knowledge and sales skills.

Working with key business partners, you will create inbound and outbound sales campaigns, develop reporting, analyze results and implement action plans as appropriate. 

What You Offer

  • Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience, leading commission based sales Representatives; experience within a contact centre setting considered an asset
  • Experience creating sales campaigns, and analyzing sales results
  • Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a Windsows PC environment, combined with demonstrated keyboarding and data entry abilities; above average skills within the Microsoft Office Suite, inlcuding Word, Excel and Outlook
  • University Degree or College Diploma, with a focus in business preferred
  • Valid Class G Driver’s Licence and access to reliable transportation

About This Opportunity

As a Business Development Representative, your primary objective is to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your focus will be on B2B clients; fulfilling their needs with Execulink’s products and services. You will use your own unique skillset to identify new prospects, continuously build your funnel, seek referrals, and meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.

In this role, as soon as the sale is made, the account is turned over to the Sales Support team. Your focus is on what you do best….sales! To succeed in this sales environment you must be a self-motivated hunter

What You Offer

  • Demonstrated success as a top B2B sales performer in a commission based environment
  • Minimum of 3 year’s experience providing B2B technical solutions, with mid-term selling cycles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at using superior sales skills to manage client expectations and ensure an awesome experience
  • Persistence and follow through with the drive to overcome obstacles in order to turn prospects into clients
  • Well-developed negotiation skills, with a strong closing focus
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
