Residential Refer-a-Friend Program

These terms and conditions apply to Execulink Telecom Refer-A-Friend Program. By referring a friend for Services, or otherwise participating in the Program, the referring Customer and/or referred Customer, agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Execulink Telecom Terms of Service and Execulink Telecom Privacy Policy.

Current Execulink Telecom Customers who initiate a referral on My Execulink located at, are defined as “Referrers.”  Non-Customers who activate Execulink Telecom Service after a Referrer entered their information into the referral website are defined as “Referees.”

1.     Program Eligibility

Active Account: You must have an active residential account in good standing for a minimum of ninety (90) calendar days with Execulink Telecom to be eligible for the program.  You cannot redeem a referral reward for adding Services to an existing account.

Privacy: Respecting the privacy of others is also a priority for us.  Any referral must be authorized by the person that is referred to Execulink Telecom.  By accepting our Terms and Conditions you represent that you have the authority to disclose the name of the person who is referred to us.  Without this authority you acknowledge that you are ineligible to participate in the Execulink Telecom Refer-A-Friend Program.

Fraud: Execulink Telecom reserves the right to void any Referral rewards in the event of ineligibility of any Program participant, fraudulent activation or, in the event Execulink Telecom, its sole discretion, finds that you have violated any of these Terms and Conditions.

2.     Program Participation

Referrals and Rewards: Referrals are not valid where the prospect and the referring party are one and the same person. You must disclose the fact that you are a Execulink Telecom Customer when you make referrals. You agree to let your Referees know that you are the Referrer and that you may receive a Referral Reward if your Referee signs up for Execulink Telecom services. In the event that a referral is submitted twice from different referees, the first referral will be eligible for the reward.  You will not receive any credit or referral reward if your referrals are rejected or are not received for any reason, or if you fail to comply with any of the obligations of the Program or these Terms and Conditions.

3.     Referral Rewards

Reward Redemption:  Referees must activate services and have a residential account in good standing for a minimum of ninety (90) calendar days with Execulink Telecom for the Referrer to be eligible for a referral reward.

We reserve the right to change the Refer-A-Friend Program terms and conditions at any time. Execulink Telecom reserves the right to discontinue the Program at any time without prior notice.  Referral Program credits have no cash value.
