I never received my Confirmation Email - What do I do?

After you sign up for Link TV, you should receive a Confirmation Email within 10 minutes of hitting "submit". If you haven't received this email, follow these instructions.

  1. Ensure you have properly signed up for Link TV
    • Log into MyExeculink
    • In the "TV" tab, ensure you see all the packages you just signed up for
    • If you do not see these packages - call 1-866-706-2053
    • If you do see these packages, move on to step 2
  2. Ensure you have the correct email in your account
    • Log into MyExeculink
    • Click the "Account" tab
    • Click "Manage the account contacts."
    • Click your contact name
    • On the right hand side, you will see your email address - ensure it is correct
    • If it is not correct - call 1-866-706-2053
    • If it is correct, move on to step 3
  3. In your email, check your "Junk" folder for the confirmation
    • If you do not see the email in your "Junk" folder - call 1-866-706-2053
