How do I update my passcode?

To update your passcode, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into MyExeculink
  2. Click on the “TV” tab
  3. On the left hand side of your screen, click “Manage Your Passcode”
  4. Click “Generate a new Passcode”
  5. A new passcode will be generated and displayed onscreen
  6. Update your Virtual Set-Top Box’s Passcode
