Execulink has partnered with Prime Management Group Inc. in the exciting search effort for an Accounting Manager to join their dynamic and growing team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Accounting Manager will play an integral role on the management team and be responsible for the successful leadership and guidance of the Corporate Accounting Team, while ensuring that the organization’s accounting deliverables are executed with a high level of financial integrity. The Accounting Manager will also build trusting and respectful relationships across all areas of the business, while providing financial support and expertise when required.

 The Accounting Manager will be specifically responsible for the following key deliverables:

  • Proactive and empowering leadership of the Corporate Accounting, Billing and Collection teams, including the effective performance management and training of all employees.
  • Oversight of the corporate accounting function with the effective analysis of all financial data, statements and reports for accuracy, while ensuring that all critical deadlines are met and reported to the CFO.
  • Responsibility for the timely and accurate execution of the customer billing cycle.
  • Responsibility for the review and delivery of all government and regulatory financial reporting.

This proven financial leader will possess exceptional people leadership and communication skills and have an innate ability to foster trusting and collaborative relationships throughout the organization. Finally, the successful candidate will exhibit strong financial management, analytical and organizational skills.

About the Opportunity

As a New Sales Representative, your primary focus is to achieve and exceed sales targets through identifying and fulfilling new customer needs with Execulink’s products and services.

You have excellent sales skills, which will be supported by detailed product knowledge of the full suite of Execulink’s products – Voice, Data, Video and Mobility.

You will spend the majority of your time on the phone, making outbound sales focused calls and responding to inbound calls to develop new customer potential by examining market opportunities and potential customer needs, tailoring products and services, and selling solutions to potential customers.  You will also consult with new customers in their homes and businesses to help identify the products that will enhance their lifestyle at home, work and play.

In this role, as soon as the sale is made, the account is turned over to the Sales Support team so you can concentrate on what you do best – sales!  To succeed in this sales environment, you must be a self-motivated hunter, drive to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.

What You Offer

  • University degree or college diploma, with a focus in Business preferred
  • Demonstrated success as a top sales performer in a commission based environment
  • Preference will be given to candidates with telecommunications industry experience
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a Windows PC environment, combined with demonstrated keyboarding and data entry abilities; proficient within the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Valid Class G Driver’s Licence and access to reliable transportation

As the New Sales Supervisor, you will be a key member of our leadership team!  You will be responsible to hire, train and retain sales focused representatives, through providing leadership and coaching, development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), quality reviews, and frequent training on product knowledge and sales skills.

Working with key business partners, you will create inbound and outbound sales campaigns, develop reporting, analyze results and implement action plans as appropriate. 

 What You Offer

  • Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience, leading commission based sales representatives in a face to face or inbound and outbound contact centre
  • Experience creating sales campaigns, and analyzing sales results
  • University Degree or College Diploma, with a focus in business preferred
  • Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a Windows PC environment, combined with demonstrated keyboarding and data entry abilities; above average skills within the Microsoft Office Suite, inlcluding Word, Excel and Outlook
