About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Growing our mobility customer base by responding to customer inquiries, through inbound calls, web inquiries and customer campaigns
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets through maintaining up to date, accurate data in our customer database analyzing customer information, providing recommendations on possible improvements to products and services and offering long-term solutions to retain customers
  • Opening troubleshooting tickets, and supporting customers in resolving service issues
  • Work from the Woodstock location on shift rotations Monday-Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM and 10:30 to 7:00PM; with rotations dependent on customer demand


You Offer

  • 1-2 years sales/customer service experience, with preference given to experience in mobility, technology or telecommunications
  • Proven time management and follow-up skills; ability to develop positive working relationships with co-workers and customers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • An upbeat personality and a positive, winning attitude!
  • Technical aptitude and troubleshooting experience considered an asset

About the Opportunity

Sales and customer service are key components to your success and ours!  Your primary objective is generating business from new opportunities as well as from our existing customer base. You will sell telecommunication services (Internet, Cable/IPTV, FTTH, Home Phone) to residential customers by responding to inbound calls, web inquiries, live chats, outbound calling campaigns and presentations as well as door-to-door campaigns, in order to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. 

Execulink’s competitive advantage is in our strength in providing the affordable and awesome experience our customers deserve.  Accordingly, you will be responsible for handling customer queries related to accounts and billing, programs, promotions/campaigns and products, order modification and implementation, moves, add-ons, upgrades or downgrades to existing services. Your immediate and ongoing challenge is to ensure that customer needs are understood, and that appropriate solutions are presented and sold.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and will include some weeknights and Saturdays as scheduled, to support corporate sales strategies or functions.  Travel between Execulink offices will be required from time to time.

You Offer

  • Proven ability to build lasting professional relationships with customers and stakeholders; interacting with every individual with the aim of selling them Execulink’s products and services
  • Refined verbal and written skills, with well-polished in-person communication skills are essential to this role
  • Proven prospecting, negotiation, presentation and sale closing abilities, with the ability to position service features and benefits, in order to successfully overcome objections
  • Willingness to spend the majority of the day on the phone; conducting “cold calls,” and daily customer follow up calls. Also will involve door to door customer interactions
  • Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently, excellent time management skills, highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Ability to consistently meet monthly quota and revenue goals by negotiating and closing quotes
  • Demonstrated customer service focus, both during and after the sale
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid Class G driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Minimum of three (3) years sales experience with progressive responsibilities.  Experience in telecommunications is considered an asset
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, and computer based technology or engineering or a combination of education and experience
  • Above all, have an upbeat personality and a positive, winning attitude!

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the CFO, the Accounting Manager will play an integral role on the management team and be responsible for the successful leadership and guidance of the Credit & Collections and Corporate Accounting teams, while ensuring that the organization’s accounting deliverables are executed with a high level of financial integrity.  The Accounting Manager will also build trusting and respectful relationships across all areas of the business, while providing financial support and expertise when required.

The Accounting Manager will be specifically responsible for the following key deliverables:

  • Proactive and empowering leadership of the Corporate Accounting, Billing and Collection teams, including the effective performance management and training of all employees.
  • Oversight of the corporate accounting function with the effective analysis of all financial data, statements and reports for accuracy, while ensuring that all critical deadlines are met and reported to the CFO.
  • Responsibility for the timely and accurate execution of the customer billing cycle.
  • Responsibility for the review and delivery of all government and regulatory financial reporting.
