What happens if I go over my Mobility data?

You will receive notifications when you are approaching your Mobility data limit, but if you do exceed your data limit a charge of $0.25/MB applies in Canada.

What happens if I go over my Mobility minutes?

If you exceed your minutes, additional minutes are billed at a rate of $0.30/min.

Is there an activation fee to sign-up for Mobility?

Yes, there is a $35 activation fee per user.

How many text messages can I send?

All Mobility plans include Unlimited text messaging.

What is your coverage area?

We service all over Southwestern Ontario, Canada and the U.S. You can view our coverage maps below.

What are your charges for using Mobility in the United States?

Mobility minutes are charged at $.50/min in the U.S.

Text messages are charged at $0.35/outgoing message.

U.S. data is $2.00/MB

How do I share data with others in my family?

Make it a shared plan! Add another user, increase your data, and save $10 on the price for each additional user! Shareable data is for up to 5 users and only available on Mobility GB plans.

Can I bundle my Mobility and Internet for savings?

Yes! Save $5.00 month when you bundle your Residential Mobility with eligible Internet plans.

When older 3G networks across Canada get phased out, how will this affect me?

As mobile technology continues to evolve, older 3G networks across Canada are being phased out to make way for faster, more reliable services like 4G LTE and 5G. This change may affect some devices, especially those that don’t support VoLTE (Voice over LTE).

Rogers will officially retire its 3G network on July 31, 2025. If your device connects to Rogers towers and isn’t VoLTE-compatible, you may experience issues with calls, texts, or data. Some customers may still have service if their device connects through Execulink/Bell towers, but Bell also plans to retire its 3G network in the near future. This means that eventually, all 3G-only devices will lose service across these networks.

Does Execulink Mobility support eSIMs?

Right now, Execulink Mobility supports physical SIM cards only. Devices that use eSIM technology, like the new iPhone 17, are not compatible with our network just yet.

We are working toward offering eSIM support in the future and will share updates as soon as it is available!
