Do I need to cancel long distance with my current provider?

No. We will do that for you, unless your current Long Distance provider requires you to dial an access
number prior to the long distance phone number you are calling. In this case, you should wait until Execulink Telecom notifies you that you have been transferred to Execulink, and then you should contact your previous provider to cancel.

Can I itemize my bill, listing who is making long distance calls and to whom?

We can put "account codes" on your line and assign one per person that will summarize their long distance calls.

Why am I charged for long distance calls that nobody picked up?

A long distance call is considered connected if there is an answer at the other end. Even if you don't speak to a person, there are times when a connection is made. An example of this is an answering machine, or voicemail, or a fax connection.

Why am I getting calls from other long distance providers?

To protect your privacy and to maintain our relationship with our customers, Execulink does not use 3rd party vendors to communicate new pricing, products or billing issues.

If you receive a call from a long distance provider claiming to be working with Execulink you should capture the company name, callers name and email us at corp@execulink.com so we can investigate.

If you have previously agreed to make changes to your long distance service with a company claiming to be partnered with Execulink Telecom your long distance service may have been switched to another carrier. To verify who provides your long distance service you can dial 700-555-4141 from your land line.
