Yes, your phone needs to be unlocked to use it with an Execulink Mobility plan. If you’re unsure if your phone is unlocked, bring it in to our office or give us a call and we’re happy to check.
We have two different options you can choose from. We offer a Comtrend 5312 Modem/Router for $3.95/month and this is recommended for 6Mbps or 15Mbps Internet speed plans. If you select a 25Mbps or 50Mbps Internet plan, have 8 or more devices connected, experience interference from other wireless networks or do online gaming then we recommend renting the Comtrend VR-3060 Modem/Router for $6.95/month.
If you have DSL Internet service, a phone filter will be required for each telephone or fax machine that is connected on that phone line. A phone filter prevents interference and static on the line.
No. We will do that for you, unless your current Long Distance provider requires you to dial an access number prior to the long distance phone number you are calling. In this case, you should wait until Execulink Telecom notifies you that you have been transferred to Execulink, and then you should contact your previous provider to cancel.
All Cable Internet plans have a one-time non-refundable $65 administration fee. This fee may be waived if you have an existing Cable Internet service from another provider.
The shipping cost is $10.00.
