  1. Payment: If your account is overdue, you can restore service by making a payment through MyExeculink.
  2. Modem Exchange Incomplete: If we recently sent you a new Modem to complete an exchange, you can restore your service through MyExeculink. The easiest way to navigate to the Modem Exchange area in MyExeculink is to click on the link in the email you received from Execulink.
