Can I pause my mobility service while I am away?

We do not offer Vacation Mode (paused billing) for mobility services. If you are travelling, you can keep your number active with a roaming option like Roam Better or a Travel Pass. If you will not need your service for a while, consider downgrading to a lower cost plan while keeping your number active.
