Phone Manager FAQ

When I log in to MyExeculink via my existing WebManager phone number and password, why can’t I view my additional MyExeculink features?

Logging in to the MyExeculink portal with your phone number only allows for access to the Phone Manager. If you wish to have access to all of your MyExeculink features, please log in via your MyExeculink username and password.

How do I block calls from unwanted callers?

If the caller presents their Caller ID Number when they call you, then you can use the Selective Call Rejection feature in the Call Manager tab to block up to 12 numbers.  The blocked caller will be greeted with an automated message stating that you’re not accepting calls from them.

Using the Call Manager tab

1. Select the Call Manager tab.

2. Select the Screening tab.

3. Select the Selective Rejection tab.

4. Check the Reject calls if they are from selected callers checkbox.

5. Click the Edit List button.

6. Type in the 10-digit phone number that you want to block, and then click the Add New button.

7. Click the OK button.

8. Click the Apply button to save.

I’m using the Voicemail to Email feature, but my voicemail box stills says I have new voicemail, even after I have listened to the message on my computer.

You have the option to leave a new copy of the messages you forward to voicemail in your voicemail inbox. If you do not wish to do this, ensure you uncheck the checkbox next to the option to ‘Leave a copy of forwarded messages in the inbox.”

In my Dashboard view, I can see up to my last five missed calls. Where can I view recent calls that I’ve made and received?

In the Messages & Calls tab you’ll find the options to view up to your last five missed, dialed and received calls by clicking on the appropriate tab.

When I attempt to record and send a new voicemail to someone’s cell phone, I get an error messages stating that it failed to send because the person is not a subscriber.

The system will only allow you to create and forward voicemail messages via the Phone Manager to other Execulink subscribers who also use the same voicemail platform.
