Can I put my service on hold if I am away?

As long as your Internet plan isn’t under a contract, you may place your service on vacation for a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 6 months. There is a one time fee of $65.

Please note that Mobility plans are not eligible for vacation suspension and cannot be placed on vacation.
