Do I Need To Notify Execulink Telecom If I Move?

Yes. You should notify Execulink Telecom in advance of your official move date. Follow these steps to complete your move:

If you’re moving your Execulink phone service or moving into our service area:

Contact us approximately 3 weeks in advance of your move. If service is already existing at your new location, we can potentially activate your service within 24-48 business hours. If service has never existed there before at your new location, we require approximately 5 to 15 business days as notice in order to schedule a technician.

If you have Dry Loop and/or DSL:

Contact us 5-10 business days in advance of your official move date and provide us with your new address.

If you have a traditional home phone with Bell and DSL with Execulink:

Contact us 5-10 business days in advance of your official move date and provide us with your new address.

If you are moving and you have a home phone, make sure you notify your home phone provider first. If you are keeping the same phone number, ask your home phone provider for the move order number associated with moving your number. This number is called a BCRIS number. This number is required for us to move your service, without this number we will have to wait for your home phone to be installed before we can move the internet.

If you are getting a new phone number at your new address, make sure you know that number. We cannot move the service until that number is active at the new location.

If you are moving your cable connection:

Contact us 5-10 business days in advance of your official move date and provide us with your new address.
