Email Settings

Email Settings for 3rd-Party Email Clients

These settings are to be used in email clients like Microsoft Outlook and Apple Mail.

We always suggest Execulink customers utilize the Webmail service we provide. However, if you would like to use an alternate program of your choice the settings below will assist in the setup.

Items to Note:
– Make sure when entering the email address, always enter the full email. eg: john.smith@execulink.com not john.smith.
– A password is always required. Some email programs may say ‘optional’ for the password but a password is always required for our email service.

IMAP:

Incoming Server
Server: sslmail.execulink.com
Port: 993
Security: TLS or SSL*

Outgoing Server
Server: sslmail.execulink.com
Port: 465
Security: SSL

*Alternatively TLS can be used on either port 25 or 587

POP:

Incoming Server
Server: sslmail.execulink.com
Port: 995
Security: TLS or SSL*

Outgoing Server
Server: sslmail.execulink.com
Port: 465
Security: SSL

*Alternatively TLS can be used on either port 25 or 587

 

If you have any issues setting up a mobile device, you may have an options to “accept all certificates“. This can be selected or set to “yes” and does help with many mobile devices.
