Poor Long Distance Quality

From time to time, there may be line quality issues when placing long distance calls, especially overseas. More often than not, it is a problem with the lines in the foreign country causing the poor quality. If you notice that you are getting poor line quality on all calls, or calls to several different locations, make note of the telephone numbers you were calling (including originating numbers, destination numbers and the times of the calls), then speak with one of Execulink Telecom’s Technical Support representatives. They can determine whether or not a ticket might be necessary to resolve the issues.
