How do I update my passcode?

To update your passcode used to open your Execulink TV Virtual Set-Top Box, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into MyExeculink.
  2. Click on “TV” under “Services” in the main navigation.
  3. On the left hand side of your screen, click “Change Your Passcode”.
  4. Click “Generate Passcode”.
  5. A new passcode will be generated and displayed onscreen.
  6. Update your Virtual Set-Top Box’s Passcode.
