How do I update my passcode?

To update your passcode used to open your Execulink TV App, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into MyExeculink.
  2. Click on “TV” under “Services” in the main navigation.
  3. On the left hand side of your screen, click “Change Your Passcode”.
  4. Click “Generate Passcode”.
  5. A new passcode will be generated and displayed onscreen.
  6. Update your Execulink TV App’s Passcode.
