Outgoing Emails Going to Spam

Are your outgoing emails from your execulink.com email address ending up in your recipient’s spam folder? If so, please follow the below instructions.

There are two options to fix this issue:

  1. Going forward, you can send your email from: webmail.execulink.ca
  2. Use an email client that has our SMTP outgoing server settings applied. 

NOTE: As of November 10, 2022, customers who have not changed their settings to align with the above SMTP settings will experience disruptions in their outgoing email service and must update their settings in order to restore full functionality.
