1. Check the Phone Manager to ensure that the feature is enabled and configured properly.
2. If the feature is not visible in the Voice Features website, or you are unable to activate it yourself, contact our sales department for further assistance.
3. If the feature is in the Voice Features website and already enabled, but it is still not working properly, check its configuration. Sometimes the settings are not as you expect them to be.
4. If you still cannot get the feature to work, contact technical support for further assistance.
